Mindoo AI is a specialist recruitment partner for iGaming, gambling technology, and FinTech companies hiring senior technical talent.

Our team helps founders, CTOs, and talent leaders hire for roles where the pipeline is thin, timelines are tight, and one missing hire can block product delivery.

We work with online casino platforms, sports betting companies, gambling software providers, and payments technology firms that need experienced engineers and technical leaders.

Engagement models:

1) Success fee

We identify, approach, and qualify candidates across platform engineering, cybersecurity, data engineering, and payments infrastructure. You receive a small shortlist of candidates worth interviewing. You only pay if you hire one of the candidates we introduced.

2) Embedded Fractional Recruiter

We integrate as your recruiter and run the hiring campaign end to end, including role calibration, candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. This model works best for iGaming platforms, FinTech companies, and fast-growing technology teams hiring multiple roles under tight timelines.

3) RPO (Recruitment process outsourcing)

Psychologist-led assessment for leadership and executive hires, focused on behavioural fit, decision-making style, and key C-level soft-skill competencies.

Typical hires:

CTO, VP Engineering, Engineering Director, Staff or Principal Platform Engineer, SRE or SRE Lead, Observability Engineer, Application Security Engineer, IAM Engineer, PAM Engineer, Data Platform Lead, Staff Data Engineer, Senior or Staff ML Engineer, ML Platform Engineer, Technical Solutions Architect, Implementation Lead, Integration Architect, and iPaaS Engineer.

What you get:

Clear role brief in 30 minutes, a realistic view of the hiring market, a shortlist of candidates you actually want to interview, fast feedback loops and weekly updates, candidates who feel respected and stay engaged, and less time wasted with faster hires.
