Tobias Lang

Tobias Lang has over a decade of experience in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. In 2005, they began their career as a Research and Development Intern at SCR Princeton. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Freie Universität Berlin, where they published several articles in top tier conferences and journals in artificial intelligence and machine learning. In 2012, they joined Zalando SE as a Senior Data Scientist, where they built the company's product recommendation system. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Researcher in Cheminformatics at the Universität Hamburg, where they applied machine learning to drug discovery. In 2018, they founded Mindpeak GmbH, where they serve as the CTO and works to make microscopical analysis accessible for everyone in the world.

Tobias Lang began their educational journey in 2004 at Universität Osnabrück, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science. Tobias then continued on to The University of Freiburg, where they obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science. Finally, Tobias Lang completed their educational journey in 2011 at Freie Universität Berlin, where they earned a Dr. rer. nat. in Computer Science.
