Michael Vergara is a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager at Mindplay, with over a decade of experience in software quality assurance and technical support roles. Since September 2013, Michael has led the quality assurance strategy across all product development phases, directly supervising both the Quality Assurance and Technical Support teams. Prior roles include Software Quality Assurance Lead, where Michael developed testing processes and departmental policies, Software Quality Assurance Analyst, and Technical Support Representative. Prior to joining Mindplay, Michael provided technical support at Xerox and contributed to mobile application development at Objective Coders, LLC. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science & Technology with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Arizona.
