Alex Silverman

Alex Silverman is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC). Currently serving as GRC Team Lead and Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at XOR Security since August 2021, Alex previously held similar senior roles at Cyber Security Solutions (CSS Federal) from February 2018 to August 2021, and at other organizations including MiCORE Solutions, CSRA Inc., Summit Technologies, InterImage, and COPE, Incorporated. Throughout the career, Alex has developed and managed compliance frameworks, FISMA and FedRAMP ATO packages, and has supported various federal agencies in their cybersecurity initiatives. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a double major in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
