Mr. Ritesh Sharma is the Promoter and Managing Director of the Mindpool Technologies Ltd. He is one of the most important pillars of the company since its inception. It is under his leadership and guidance the company has been prospering as a leading development, IT consulting, and digital marketing firm.

He oversees the Business Operations and is involved in Strategy Consulting, Business plans, Sales Strategy Development, IT Solutions, and Service delivery across India & North America.

He holds a Bachelor‘s degree in commerce and has been certified from LinkedIn in Executive Leadership & Leadership Foundations.

Mr. Ritesh hoists a total of about two decades of vast professional experience in the IT Consulting and Staffing industry. With his sheer grit and passion, he has been able to propel the company in a forwarding direction.
