Amanda Sedars is the Chief Human Resources and Risk Officer at Mindr, where they contribute to safety and detection solutions for communities. With nearly a decade of experience in private equity, Amanda has held leadership roles at organizations like Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe and L Catterton, driving organizational transformation and employee engagement. Previously, as an Employee Relations Manager at UnityPoint Health, they oversaw HR functions for 5,500 employees, and as Homecare Manager at ChildServe, they turned a significant loss into profit while greatly improving employee retention. Amanda holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
