Diedre Dunn

Earlier experience includes roles at Ulta Beauty, Vi, National Equity Fund, Inc., and MacCabe & McGuire, focusing on corporate governance, mergers, and litigation for a range of clients. Diedre earned a JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame, along with a Securities Certificate from Cornell University.
