Derek Scott

Derek Scott is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and logistics. Currently serving as the Director of North American Operations at Mindray since August 2022, Derek leads a diverse team encompassing Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Prior to this role, Derek held multiple senior leadership positions at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, including Senior Director and Director of U.S. Distribution & Logistics, and managed corporate logistics at Express Scripts. Additionally, Derek has experience from various roles at Cardinal Health, where responsibilities included managing inventory supply chains, distribution operations, and manufacturing plant management. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Northwood University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from the State University of New York at Delhi.
