Michaela Margetts

Michaela Margetts is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as HR Director and Head of Human Resources for EMEA at Mindray since October 2012, Michaela oversees HR strategy and operations in a rapidly growing organization. Prior roles include Head of European Human Resources at Mindray, Senior HR Business Partner and Head of Human Resources at Netcracker, and Head of HR at The Animal Health Trust. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Lifetime Group Ltd, GlobespanVirata, and PSINet. Michaela holds an MBA specializing in Employee Relations from the University of Leicester and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
