Maxwell Rappoport

Maxwell Rappoport, Ph.D., is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist currently serving as the Director of Psychological Services at both UCS Performance Psych & Testing and Pre-Pro Institute for Sports Psychology. They also hold positions as a Staff Psychologist at Thriving Center of Psychology and as a Clinical Psychologist at Dr. Willoughby & Associates. Previously, they worked as a Staff Psychologist at the University of California, Los Angeles, and as a Therapist/Sports Psychology Consultant for More Than Baseball. In addition to their clinical roles, Maxwell directs Performance Operations at MindReady, drawing on extensive experience in research and clinical internships.
