Rachel Hoeft

Rachel Hoeft, PsyD, currently serves as the Director of Development at MindReady and has held the position of Cognitive Performance Specialist at Guardian Defense Group Inc. since February 2023. In addition to these roles, Rachel is an IMG+ Mental Performance Coach at IMG Academy and a Mental Performance Coach at MindReady, both positions held since October and November 2021, respectively. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Program Development, Administrative Manager, and Director of Recruitment at CORE Athletic Training from June 2016 to April 2021, as well as working as a Mindurance Provider at Mindurance in March 2020. Rachel is a qualified sport and performance coach, specializing in aiding athletes, performers, and business professionals by analyzing mental barriers and implementing coping mechanisms. Educational qualifications comprise a Doctor of Psychology in Sport and Performance Psychology from The University of Arizona Global Campus, a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Argosy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
