Chris Zhang

Chris Zhang is a UX Lead and UX Designer at minds + assembly, specializing in the UX design and content strategy for a pharmaceutical patient support website since March 2021. Previously, Chris served as a Customer Experience Analyst at the University of California San Diego from January 2018 to May 2021, where responsibilities included enhancing IT services and optimizing customer interaction by addressing pain points. In addition, Chris worked as a Product Designer and Content Strategist for GetTrashed San Diego, focusing on improving engagement for a beach cleanup charity through website design. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science with a Minor in Computer Science from UC San Diego, completed in 2018.
