Jackson Downey

Jackson Downey is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and marketing. Currently serving as the Business Development Lead at MINDS + ASSEMBLY since July 2025, Jackson previously held the role of Growth Manager at Arnold Worldwide from February 2022 to July 2025, where Jackson also began as a Growth Associate. Earlier experiences include a Strategy Intern position at Taylor and a New Business / Strategy Intern role at TBWA\Chiat\Day, where Jackson contributed to new business initiatives and strategic ventures. Jackson's background also encompasses roles at Elevation as an Associate Account Planner and Marketing Intern at Lifecare Medical Transports. Jackson's foundational experience includes serving as a Senior Resident Assistant and Resident Assistant at the University of Mary Washington and guiding youth as a Camp Counselor with Boy Scouts of America. Jackson earned a Master’s degree in Creative Brand Management from VCU Brandcenter and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Mary Washington.
