MindSeed is a virtual trauma-specialized psychotherapy centre serving clients across Ontario. We work with individuals 16 and over navigating trauma and PTSD (including complex PTSD), emotion dysregulation, attachment difficulties, and the patterns formed long before we consciously chose them that keep us from the life we actually want to be living.

Founded and led by Raha Mirian, M.A., RP, with ongoing expert training from Dr. Clare Pain, MD, FRCPC, Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto and Mount Sinai Hospital, and Eva-Marie Stern, RP, RMFT, co-founder of the Women's College Hospital Trauma Therapy Program.

Our clinicians draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including DBT, CPT, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, somatic therapy, and psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, among others. Each client is carefully and thoughtfully matched to the right treatment and the right stage of their healing.

We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, DBT Skills Group, CPT, parenting groups, lower-cost therapy, and in-house psychiatric consultation for clients in active treatment. Virtual across Ontario. Matched within one business day. Direct billing available.
