Gary Rubin

Gary Rubin is a public policy professional with an MBA and a J.D. They served as the Deputy Head of Regulatory Interpretations at Wells Fargo from 2020 to 2025, leading regulatory responses and compliance efforts related to liquidity management. Prior to that, Rubin worked as a Senior Financial Institution Policy Analyst at the Federal Reserve Board from 2011 to 2020, conducting assessments and leading research on systemic risks. Their experience also includes roles as Special Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Currently, Rubin is the Senior Director at Mindset, a bipartisan public policy firm.
