Rick Dearborn

Rick Dearborn is a Partner at Mindset and has extensive experience in political and legislative roles. They served as Chief of Staff for U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions from 2005 to 2017, and held positions such as Deputy Chief of Staff at The White House and Senior Legislative Analyst at the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Currently, Dearborn is a Senior Adviser at the US-Asia Institute and a Senior Fellow at the Bipartisan Policy Center. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
