Austin Kessler

Austin Kessler began their work experience in 2013 as a Contract Recruiter at Horizontal Integration. Austin then joined BCforward in 2013, where they served as a Recruiter/Account Manager until 2016 and later became a Lead Recruiter/Account Manager until 2017. In 2017, they started working at Mindset Consulting, LLC as a Sr. SAP Recruiter until 2020. Currently, at Mindset Consulting, they hold the position of SAP Talent Executive, where they run a full desk and collaborates with companies to find SAP talent in the market and assist SAP professionals in finding new opportunities.

Austin Kessler received a Bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian University, where they pursued a double major in Marketing and Management from 2007 to 2012. In 2011, they also attended the Leadership Summit, focusing on Leadership and Management in the Marketplace.
