Debbie Krupitzer

Debbie Krupitzer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Debbie is currently a BTP Strategy Executive at Mindset Consulting, LLC since 2023.

Prior to this, Debbie worked at SAP from 2018 to 2023. Debbie held the role of NA Lead Business Technology Platform (BTP) GTM Business Office where they overachieved targets in SAP BTP services bookings and revenue. Debbie also served as the Principal - Innovation Lead SAP Leonardo Services during this time.

Before SAP, Debbie was with Capgemini as the NA Digital Manufacturing Practice Lead - Business Transformation from 2015 to 2018. Debbie led a team of 20 and built revenue to over $180 million in three years while specializing in technologies for manufacturing clients.

At Sealed Air Corporation, Debbie held the position of Sr Director of Global Digital Transformation from 2005 to 2015. Debbie was responsible for strategic and executive ownership of the Digital Platforms for DiverseyCare. Debbie also served as the Global Director, Digital Architecture and Strategy and Sr Manager, Global IT Business Transformation during their tenure at the company.

Debbie's earlier roles include Sr Manager, North America Digital Strategy, Global Marketing at JohnsonDiversey from 2007 to 2009, Principal Consultant at IconATG from 2005 to 2007, and Sr Engagement Manager at Daugherty Business Solutions from 2002 to 2005. Debbie also worked as a Sr Consultant at IconATG from 2001 to 2002, where they played a key role in implementing the RUP methodology for Prada's multimedia development project.

Debbie Krupitzer's education history includes various academic achievements. In 2022, they attended Harvard Business School Online and completed a course on Disruptive Strategy. Prior to that, Debbie pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources - Organizational Behaviour at De Montfort University.
