Libby Kessler

Libby Kessler has a range of work experience in recruiting. Libby is currently the Sr. Director of Recruiting at Mindset Consulting, where they lead a team of specialized SAP recruiters and builds relationships with potential employees and consultants. Prior to this, they worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Sr. Executive Sourcing Strategist for The Lewin Group from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they had a long tenure at TEKsystems, starting as a Technical Recruiter in 2010 and eventually becoming a Senior Technical Recruiter and then a Professional Technical Recruiter before leaving in 2015. At TEKsystems, they helped clients with their technology staffing needs and deployed technical professionals globally.

Libby Kessler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Miami University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they completed the "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" certification from LinkedIn, as well as the "Leading with a Growth Mindset" certification. In September 2020, they obtained the "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" certification, also from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in April 2013, Libby obtained the "200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher" certification from Corepower Yoga.
