Luke Van Epern

Luke Van Epern has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in different companies. Luke is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Mindset Consulting, LLC since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President - Sales and Customer Experience, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Vice President - Solutions at the same company from 2019 to 2022. Before joining Mindset Consulting, they worked at Xcel Energy as a Senior IT Manager from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on crafting strategic visions for core technologies and driving partnerships for success. From 2004 to 2015, Luke worked at Target, starting as a Leadership Program Trainee and moving up to become a Senior IT Manager - SAP Technology & BASIS. Luke led several initiatives including the implementation of revised change management processes and governance models, as well as the creation of a revised SAP technical landscape strategy. Luke also played a key role in architectural design and development of a patented rules engine and improving the end user experience for mobile applications.

Luke Van Epern obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they studied from 1998 to 2004.
