At MINDset, we believe the most impactful relationship is a partnership. We were founded in recognition of the fact that the traditional organization-agency model was becoming outdated. Our structure allows us the flexibility to adapt to our clients’ needs and to address those needs in the most specific and productive manner possible – working closely with you to understand where you are and to help you see where you want to go and how to get there.

We only work with organizations where we believe we can truly make a difference. Working in collaboration with our clients’ staff team as well as other strategic partners at the table, we focus on understanding and influencing donor groups to drive higher value supporter relationships. We will work in partnership with you, and collaboratively with your internal stakeholders, to evaluate and discover potential growth areas through a comprehensive review of the communications and relationships you have with your supporters. We also will provide your team with a roadmap to effectively and efficiently manage your program and, where warranted, to develop new initiatives to ensure your program’s growth in the future.
