Richa Jain

Head of Global Partnerships at Mindsets Learning

Richa Jain has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as an Analyst for McKinsey & Company. Richa then moved to Pulsar as a Research Lead in 2006, followed by a Senior Consultant role at Aavishkaar Group (Intellecap) in 2009. In 2010, they took on the role of Senior Program Manager at Gray Matters Capital before joining EnergyAustralia as a Consultant in 2012. That same year, they also began working at the Australian Council for Educational Research as Manager, International Development. In 2020, they were appointed Head of Global Partnerships at Mindsets Learning, and in 2021 they began working in the Education Business unit at Tata Consultancy Services.

Richa Jain has a rich educational background. Richa began their formal education in 2001 when they obtained a Bachelors in Commerce (H) from Hindu College, Delhi University with a focus in Business. In 2008, they furthered their education by completing a Post Graduate Program (MBA) from the Indian School of Business, specializing in Strategy and Leadership. In addition to their formal education, Richa has obtained three certifications: Introduction to Human-Centered Design from +Acumen in July 2020, Online Teaching from the Australian Council for Educational Research in July 2020, and a Diploma in Business Finance (CFA Level 1) from the ICFAI University.
