Katherine Kirsch

Katherine Kirsch is an early-stage healthcare venture funder committed to empowering women-led companies and transforming health innovations into scalable businesses. With a diverse background spanning UNICEF, biotech, femtech, and AI, they have successfully raised $6M to establish a medical device company and funded $1.2M across 16 startups as a venture capitalist. Currently, Katherine serves as a Venture Capital Fellow at Material Change Institute while holding roles at Mindshift Capital and AsteriskDAO, focusing on impactful investments in healthcare and women's health. They earned a Master's in Management from McGill University and a Bachelor's from Albion College.
