Raquel Romano

Raquel Romano is a Product Designer at Mindsight since August 2021, where responsibilities include conducting user research, analyzing user behavior metrics with tools like Google Analytics and Crazyegg, creating high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD, and participating in the development of the Design System. With experience in agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Raquel also oversees the rollout of new functionalities, validates design quality, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Prior to this role, Raquel was a Master’s research fellow at CAPES from May 2020 to August 2021, focusing on women's representation in Brazilian design. Raquel holds a Master’s degree in Design (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Design (2014-2018) from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
