Dr. Dan Siegel founded the Mindsight Institute, an educational center devoted to promoting insight, compassion, and empathy in individuals, families, organizations, and communities. With a scientific emphasis on the mind and well-being, we focus on the growth of healthy people who can nurture a kinder society. Through the Mindsight Institute's worldwide Online Courses and in-person Lecture Series and Colloquium, individuals learn to harness the power of science and the wisdom of reflection to create an approach to health that focuses on a triangle of well-being: our minds, relationships, and brains.
