John Irey is the Principal Consultant at Mindsight. John has over 14 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on Cisco VOIP Contact Center and IVR Systems. John has been with Mindsight for over 4 years and has helped the company grow into the leading provider of technology consulting services in the Midwest. Prior to joining Mindsight, John was with Sentinel Technologies for over 13 years, where they served as a Senior Application Analyst / Call Center Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for selecting technology, designing, implementing, supporting, and enhancing Cisco VOIP Contact Center and IVR Systems.

John Irey obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Information Systems from Drake University.
