Kathryn Chavez has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1988 at AT&T as an Auto CAD Drafter. Kathryn worked directly with project managers to purchase and track outside plant material for multi-million dollar projects. In 1995, they joined FutureSource as a Customer Service Representative, providing support and diagnosis for proprietary software applications. Kathryn also acted as a support team lead.

In 2004, Kathryn joined eSignal, an Interactive Data company, where they served as a Senior Customer Support Representative. Kathryn coordinated with development, engineering, and operations teams to manage customer communication and expectations regarding software fixes and enhancements. Kathryn also played a key role in customer adaptation during product conversions and received the "Outstanding Contributor" award in 2005.

Kathryn then moved on to Interactive Data as a Level 2 Corporate Support Representative. In this role, they built professional relationships with various stakeholders and explained technical details to non-technical audiences. Kathryn also served as a project coordinator for firewall rollouts.

From 2015 to 2018, Kathryn worked at Intercontinental Exchange as a Senior Customer Service Representative. Kathryn provided client-focused support, resolved issues, and created a searchable database for support teams.

Starting in 2019, Kathryn joined Mindsight as a Technical Account Manager. Kathryn served as the single point of contact for customers, facilitating cross-functional meetings, project coordination, and communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Kathryn then transitioned to the role of Director of Customer Experience/Customer Success Manager, where they championed a customer-focused culture and coordinated efforts to remain customer-centric. In 2020, they took on the role of Project Manager, continuously managing IT projects and improving project processes to increase customer satisfaction.

Kathryn Chavez holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Commercial/Graphic Art Design from the College of DuPage. Kathryn also obtained a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in October 2021. Additionally, they completed a course on Introduction to Project Management from the same institution, although specific details regarding the completion date are not provided.
