Tad Gralewski

CIO & COO at Mindsight

Tad Gralewski is the current CIO & COO at Mindsight. Prior to this, they served as the SVP - Infrastructure and Operations at Donnelley Financial Solutions from December 2016 to May 2017. There, they managed all aspects of corporate infrastructure and support, including hosted data centers and cloud solutions used to deliver DFS products to the marketplace. Tad was also responsible for re-negotiating a contract with DFS' largest data center provider, which resulted in more services being delivered along with a 1M/year cost savings. In addition, they reduced new hire onboarding time by 65%, and significantly improved asset replacement timelines by engaging a new third party to procure, image, and ship endpoints to new hires with a next day delivery guarantee.

Gralewski has also held the position of Vice President of Cloud and Managed Services at Mindsight (formerly Tympani, Inc.) from November 2013 to November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the company's cloud strategy, as well as building and managing the team that would execute it. Additionally, they oversaw all managed services offerings, including 24x7x365 support and monitoring, incident response, change management, and capacity planning.

Prior to their time at Mindsight, Gralewski served as the Director of Production Services at Hub Group from April 2010 to March 2011. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in providing production support for the company's e-commerce applications and websites. Additionally, they oversaw the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve service levels and reduce costs.

Tad Gralewski has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Tad Gralewski reports to Ed Kapelinski, President & CEO. They work with Jane Vitro - Director, Marketing, Liz Zager - Controller, and Mark Dibenedetto - VP, Sales.
