Adi Sapir

Adi Sapir is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Mindspace since October 2021, Adi is responsible for developing and driving the company’s global recruitment strategy while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Meuhedet Health Services, where Adi implemented global HR strategies and managed HR processes, and at Burger King Israel, where Adi established the HR department and led talent acquisition during rapid business growth. Previous experience also includes HR roles at CASTRO and Hever Human Capital, along with earlier positions as an Administrative Manager at Meitar Law Offices and Flight Operations Officer in the Israeli Air Force. Adi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
