Gil Boral has a strong and diverse work experience that spans various industries. Gil has held several positions at Mindspace, a leading co-working provider, including Senior Director of Growth, VP Operations & Sales (as a paternity leave replacement), Regional Director for Northern & Eastern Europe, and UK & NL Regional Manager. At Mindspace, they managed and led various markets, implemented global cross-company projects, and supported successful global growth.

Prior to their time at Mindspace, Gil Boral founded Boral Holdings LLC, where they owned and managed properties and real-estate projects in Florida, California, and Alabama. Gil achieved rising profitability annually for about a decade.

Gil Boral also co-founded BabyRoo, a start-up leveraging IoT technology to develop a smart baby growth monitor. Gil successfully raised funding from various sources, including TUM's accelerator, angel investors, and the Israel Innovation Authority.

Additionally, Gil Boral has experience at WeBe Preemie as a General Manager and Head of Sales & Marketing, at Mashov Group as a Senior Account Manager, and served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Lieutenant in the Maglan Unit, where they received recognition for their excellence in the officers' course.

Gil Boral completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, History, Politics & Government at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2011 to 2014. Gil then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university, graduating in 2015. In 2019, Gil attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, focusing on Product Management, and completed their studies in 2020.
