Katie Giles has extensive experience in education and leadership roles, serving as Interim People Director, Pre-Prep Principal, and Deputy Principal at Highgate School. Katie is also a Leadership Consultant with Katie's Consultancy and an Educational Consultant with IAPS, in addition to working as a Leadership Coach at Mindspace. Previously, Katie held the position of Assistant Head at St. John the Baptist School. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Inclusive Education from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Keele University.
