Tal Raz

Tal Raz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Tal most recently served as the Global Director of Learning and Development at Mindspace, a role they have held since August 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Global Learning and Development at Mindspace from May 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining Mindspace, Tal worked as the Global Learning & Development Manager at Kornit Digital from January 2020 to May 2022. Tal also has experience working at Israel Railways Ltd., where they held the position of Learning and Development Department Manager from October 2014 to April 2019 and Senior Instructional Designer and Project Manager from April 2013 to October 2014.

Tal's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Learning Specialist at NG Group Global Consulting Solutions from April 2012 to March 2013, an Instructional Designer at AKT Human Capital Solutions from September 2011 to April 2012, and a Learning and Development Consultant at Lotem from October 2010 to September 2011.

Tal'scareer started at the IDF Training School Of Human Resources, where they served as the Training Development Department Commander from February 2005 to June 2010. Overall, Tal's work experience showcases their expertise in learning and development, instructional design, and project management.

Tal Raz holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Open University of Israel. In April 2018, Tal also obtained a certification in "Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects" from Coursera.
