MindSpanse is the creation of Rob Kaufman and Craig Kaufman.  We are  brothers, entrepreneurs and lifelong wellness practitioners who seek to share what we have learned to help educate, heal,  guide and entertain our family, friends and followers.     Our meditations incorporate health and wellness educational concepts, visualization, positive voice guidance and suggestions, often accompanied with soothing images and background tracks and sounds.   Our creations are intended to encourage our audience to discover tools, tips and techniques to achieve their own deep relaxation, inner change and to explore new ways of living a happier, healthier and more elevated life.
