MindSpire Education is a leading regional K–12 education platform headquartered in Saudi Arabia, with operations across the Kingdom and Egypt through the Egypt Education Platform (EEP).

The group owns, operates, and partners with more than 30 schools and pre-schools, serving over 20,000 students across five curricula — British, American, International Baccalaureate, Montessori, and national systems — supported by a diverse community of educators and professionals committed to excellence.

Formerly known as Spark Education Platform (SEP), MindSpire was launched on 28 April 2026, marking a new chapter defined by a stronger regional identity and an expanded vision for growth across the Middle East.

At its core, MindSpire is dedicated to building environments where students thrive, educators lead, and communities grow stronger. Its operating model is anchored in six core capabilities: academic excellence and quality assurance, innovation and education technology, professional development, safeguarding, career and university pathways, and integrated operational systems across admissions, marketing, finance, HR, legal, and IT.

Beyond its school network, MindSpire’s portfolio includes Selah El Telmeez, Egypt’s leading K–6 educational content provider, and Option Travel, its dedicated student transportation arm. The platform also benefits from the expertise and proven track record of the Egypt Education Platform (EEP), one of the region’s most established education providers.

With a strong focus on world-class academic standards, innovation, and accessibility, MindSpire is committed to delivering high-quality education at scale and shaping a future-ready generation of learners.

Our ambition is clear: to build a connected ecosystem of schools that empowers every student to create a brighter future.
