At Mindstance, we believe wellness isn't a lecture, it's an experience.
We are a Delhi-based experiential wellness organisation working at the intersection of mental health, community, and human connection. Through our signature Mehfils — intimate, curated gatherings designed to foster honest conversation and emotional safety — we create spaces where people don't just learn about wellness, they feel it.

For Organisations
We partner with companies, institutions, and teams to design and facilitate bespoke wellness experiences, ranging from workshops and offsites to ongoing community-building programmes. We go beyond tick-box mental health initiatives to create moments that employees actually remember and carry forward.

For Communities
Our Mehfils bring together individuals from across the world who are seeking genuine connection, self-reflection, and a sense of belonging. No jargon. No performance. Just real people in real conversations.

Why Mindstance?
Because mental wellness doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when we feel seen, heard, and held by the people around us. We're building that culture, one Mehfil at a time.
