Tim Oates

Tim Oates is currently an Advisor at MindStand Technologies. Prior to that, they were the Chief Scientist at CircleBack, Inc., where they worked on an app that kept people's contacts up-to-date. Before that, they were at UMBC. Tim has a passion for technology and helping people stay connected.

Tim Oates has a postdoc in the Artificial Intelligence Lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
