Kriti has a strong background in business development and sales, with experience spanning multiple organizations in the IT sector. Starting as a Senior Business Development Associate at TappetBox from March 2017 to October 2020, Kriti then worked as an Inside Sales Representative at IT Convergence until July 2021, where responsibilities included following up on leads from the marketing department. Following this, Kriti served as a Senior Associate in Business Development at Nous Infosystems from November 2021 to March 2025, contributing to a leading global IT services provider. Currently, Kriti holds the position of Team Lead - Inside Sales at Mindteck since February 2025. Academically, Kriti holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and Maharshi Dayanand University.
