Monali Shinde

Monali Shinde has extensive experience in project management and instructional design, serving as a Project Manager and Associate Project Manager at MindTickle since January 2019. Prior to this role, Monali was an Instructional Designer and Project Manager at The Alchemists Ark Pvt Ltd, overseeing the development of employee training courses and managing client interactions. Monali's early career includes teaching roles as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Pune International School and a Lecturer at M.M. Polytechnic College and M.G.M Polytechnic, where responsibilities included curriculum development and departmental management. Monali holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from MBES College of Engineering, completed in 2011.
