Can Elbirlik

Can Elbirlik has been working in the field of Machine Learning since 2018, beginning with an internship at Argela Technologies. During this time, they developed a semi-automatic data annotation tool and implemented RNN, CNN and Tree-based classifiers with different architectures. In 2017, they were a research student at Istanbul Technical University, where they conducted research, implementation and dataset collection for tasks of face detection and segmentation, achieving 88% accuracy at 0.5 IoU. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at OBSS and Good Job Games. Currently, they are a Machine Learning Engineer at mindtrace.ai.

Can Elbirlik received their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, graduating in 2018. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma from Yeşilköy Anadolu Lisesi in 2013.
