Lu Xanne Boon has extensive experience in workplace culture management and coaching, currently serving as the Head of Workplace Culture and Resident Coach at Mindvalley since May 2014. In this role, Lu Xanne Boon oversees the initiatives that foster a culture of happiness, growth, significance, and meaning for team members. As the Director of Project Renaissance, Lu Xanne Boon contributes to a campaign aimed at empowering urban communities through entrepreneurship. Prior roles include Director and Co-founder of Generation Global Coaching, Public Relations Consultant at Waves PR, and Managing Editor at Digital Imaging Publication. Lu Xanne Boon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Communications from Upper Iowa University, alongside advanced qualifications in Neuro-linguistic Programming and business coaching.
