Norman Noble

Norman Noble is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Mindvalley since April 2023, focusing on collaboration and operational effectiveness across technology, product, and marketing. Previously, Norman held the CTO position at Boost from April 2021 to April 2023, overseeing technology strategy and platform operations for financial services platforms serving millions of customers in South East Asia. From August 2013 to April 2021, Norman was a key member of the SEEK Asia Executive team as Director of Engineering, responsible for product delivery and platform operations for recruitment platforms. Additional roles include Technology Practices Manager and Agile Quality Practices Manager at SEEK, Solution Architect at Geomatic Technologies, and various technology consulting positions at Marathon Oil Corporation and Maersk Oil, among others. Norman began a professional journey in 1994 as a Web Developer at Wintermute, leading to significant contributions in both the energy sector and technology transformation initiatives.
