Dave Barclay

Dave Barclay has worked in the foodservice industry for over 30 years. Dave began their career in 1990 as a Distributor Sales Representative at Clark, MidState Foodserice. In 1995, they joined Sysco as a Marketing Associate and rose through the ranks to become the Director of Business Review. In 2010, they moved to Shamrock Foods Company as the Director of Sales Enablement and Director of Enterprise Sales Training. Most recently, in 2020, they joined MindWire as the VP and Partner. At MindWire, Dave works to predict and enhance the performance of human capital, measurably.

Dave Barclay obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Michigan State University in 1994. Dave also earned a Predictive Index Certified Analyst certification from The Predictive Index in October 2011.
