Sr. Client Journey Expert at MindWire

Hero Frenzel began their career in 2015 as a Barista at Dutch Bros Coffee. Hero then moved on to become a Trainer at the same company. In 2017, they joined Marriott International as a Guest Services Associate. Later that same year, they began working at MindWire as a Client Services Specialist, where they were responsible for predicting and enhancing the performance of human capital. Hero eventually moved up to become a Sr. Client Journey Expert.

Hero Frenzel received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, General from Grand Canyon University in 2016 after studying Communication, General at Pacific Lutheran University from 2013 to 2015.
