Jerry Rutter

Jerry Rutter began their career in 1994 as an Account Executive at Con-way, Inc. In 1998, they moved to Goodrich Aerospace as a Human Resources professional. In 2006, they became the Owner of HealthPoint Medical Staffing. In 2009, they were appointed VP Human Resources at Avnet. In 2010, they joined Universal Technical Institute as Vice President People Services Partnerships and VP Industry Employment & Solutions. Finally, in 2016, they became President of MindWire, Inc. where they use Science + Technology + and Knowledge Transfer to help business leaders understand what drives and motivates their people.

Jerry Rutter obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Communication and Media Studies from Central Michigan University between 1991 and 1994. In 2010, they obtained a Licensed Predictive Index Analyst certification from The Predictive Group.
