Robin L. Massey, PhD has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Subject Matter Expert for Curriculum Development and Design at Grand Canyon University and a Research Assistant for Improving Provider Retention and Engagement of Physicians at Banner Health. In 2015, they began working as an Adjunct Faculty at Maricopa Community Colleges, teaching courses in Counseling, Academic Success, and Writing. Robin L. also provided personal and professional counseling to ~5,000 college students. In 2016, they began working as a Special Project Educator and Coordinator at Dynamynd Inc., a Young ATHENA Program Director at ATHENA Valley of the Sun, and a Manager of Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Client Relations at RE/MAX Excalibur. In 2018, they began working as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist at Arizona Trauma Institute and as an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and Principal at RLM Consultants, as well as a VP and Partner at MindWire.
Robin L. Massey, PhD received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Ottawa University between 1998 and 2000. Robin L. then went on to receive their Master of Arts (MA Ed) in Curriculum and Instruction from Ottawa University between 2003 and 2005. After this, they received their Certified Counselor - Secondary Education from Ottawa University in 2008 and 2009. Finally, they received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University between 2014 and 2017.
