We believe that your mental health is just as important as your physical health, therefore early intervention and support is key. Our courses ensure that our trainees are in a key position to deliver support and signposting to those who need it, when they need it. We truly care that those who attend our courses and our community are in a position to support each other and themselves.

In order to reduce the stigma associated with mental health, we believe that it is crucial to normalise the conversations about this subject. Our courses will guide you on how to approach the subject of mental health and how to begin a conversation. Everyone of us in our community has the power to start a conversation, therefore everyone of us has the power to make the change.

It is essential when dealing with mental health that information is reliable, current and consistent. As such, everybody will receive the same quality of training. By offering support both during and after our courses we help you to keep up to date with new developments.
