Our courses ensure that our trainees are in a key position to deliver support and signposting to those who need it, when they need it. In order to reduce the stigma associated with mental health, we believe that it is crucial to normalise the conversations about this subject. Our courses will guide you on how to approach the subject of mental health and how to begin a conversation.
