Mario Alessandra

Mario Alessandra has a diverse work experience that spans across several companies and roles. Mario is the Co-Founder & CEO of Mindwork | Well-being in progress, where they focus on providing mental health support for employees and increasing well-being in the workplace. Mario is also the CEO & Shareholder of Game2Value, a position they took on in 2021. Additionally, they serve as a Board Member & Shareholder at Schwa, a sustainable strategy consultancy firm that emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and equity. Mario has experience as an Organizer at TEDx Ortygia and as a Co-founder and later as the CEO of Helpsy Srls, a company they co-founded. Mario also gained valuable experience as a Research Analyst Intern at Osservatori Digital Innovation and completed an internship at Cosedil S.p.A. in the past.

Mario Alessandra completed a Start-Up Program at MIP Politecnico di Milano in 2015. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive Course in Quantitative Finance at the same institution from 2013 to 2014. In 2013, they participated in the Summer School program at Peking University, focusing on understanding business and marketing strategies in China. In 2012, they attended the Summer School program on Financial Markets at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Mario holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Università degli studi di Catania, which they obtained between 2007 and 2011. Mario also obtained a High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico O.M. Corbino Siracusa in 2007. Additionally, Mario has obtained various certifications related to psychological safety, diversity and inclusion, private equity, mobile app analytics, fashion and luxury management, global trend analysis, financial markets, and advanced English proficiency.
