We are not in the performance business. Or in the health business. We are somewhere in between, A MIND GYM.

Do you like to join us on our journey towards mental sustainability in our society?

You have probably already found out that health lectures, books and hope is not a good strategy to get mentally fit. Well, we don't just talk about it, we actually do something. In our Mind gym and in our Academy.

Go workout your mind! Grant yourself a short mind workout at your desk or sofa, live guided by zoom. Your brain is probably worth it...
