Doing a PhD comes with many academic, personal and professional challenges. MindyourPhD supports PhD students in overcoming these challenges and helps them to experience more ease and joy on their way. 

In my 1-to-1 Online PhD Coaching, I offer you various strategies and tools to deal with your challenges (e.g. time management techniques, breathing techniques, etc.) and support you in integrating them step by step into your everyday life. We work holistically on all levels of your being (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual). 

In my online workshops and lectures, I share knowledge and helpful exercises for dealing mindfully with various challenges in studies and PhD. My offer addresses topics such as perfectionism, time and self-management and stress management. On request also at your university.
