Jason Brooks

Jason is a dynamic senior executive with over 25 years leadership in the design, implementation, and evaluation of human capital strategies and solutions to achieve company performance goals, workforce outcomes, and overall individual, team and organizational success from startups to multi-billion dollar companies in multiple industries. He is founder of THRIVE, a boutique human capital consulting practice, delivering executive coaching and advisory, change management and strategic planning and execution expertise for mid to senior-level leaders and leadership teams of high-growth mid-market companies. He is also Chief People Officer & SVP Human Resources for Colonial Management Group, LP where he leads the strategic and executive aspects of the human resources function for a high-growth healthcare company.

Jason earned a PhD in psychology, MBA, MS in Human Services, and BS in management from Purdue University and serves on multiple boards as a trusted advisor to executives and their teams.
